Partner’s Portal

UAMS Arkansas Geriatric Education Collaborative (AGEC) Partner’s Portal:

To provide consistency and easy access, we developed a password protected ‘Partner’s Portal’ on the AGEC website that houses an area where trainer’s can request marketing and other resources and assistance to conduct their AGEC Partnered Programs. We produce individualized marketing items which are explained below.  Each of the program pages on the website list and provides the actual documents required to receive the AGEC reimbursement (if applicable). We also can provide marketing for geriatric focused programs that are not part of a reimbursement but you would like us to consider partnering with you.

  • For AGEC co-funded programs, AGEC will produce a flyer, Facebook post, email marketing and/or press release

Use this form Marketing Item(s) Request Form to provide the details and preferred marketing items for your event.

Note: If we have agreed to provide a reimbursement for a class conducted, marketing must be reviewed by the AGEC and the following text must be included in all marketing items. As mentioned above, we do have the option for us to help market the program and produce the marketing items for you.

“Support for this program has been provided by the UAMS Arkansas Geriatric Education Collaborative (AGEC) through a grant from the Health Resources and Services Administration’s Geriatric Workforce Enhancement Program (UIQHP28723)”

Programs available for marketing assistance and/or reimbursement include:

  • A Matter of Balance
  • Diabetes Empowerment Education Program (D.E.E.P)
  • Ageless Grace
