The First Responder Dementia Online Training has a registration form and 6 modules. It is designed to take one module at a time or all at once. Upon completion of the 6 modules and the associated quiz within each module, you may request a Certificate of Completion via email. Certificates are processed Monday-Friday during business hours at our earliest convenience. If you have any technical issues or other questions, please email us at agec@uams.edu.
