After attending the webinar, the online event surveys below must be completed no later than Wed 4/20/2022 for CE Certificate. There are 2 separate survey evaluations for the 2 speakers. If you attend both hours, both surveys must be completed for full credit. If you only attend 1 session, only complete the appropriate survey for credit.

These programs have been approved for Nurses, Physicians, Physician Assistants, Pharmacy, and AR Long-Term Care Administrators.
Physical Therapy participants may submit their webinar certificate (obtained after completion of online webinar evaluation) to the Arkansas Physical Therapy Association to request approval of continuing education credit.
Social Workers, Occupational Therapists, and select other Allied Healthcare Professionals can submit their CE documents to their own applicable board to request approval of continuing education credit.

AMA Credit Designation: The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences designates this live activity for a maximum of 1 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
ANCC Credit Designation: The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences designates this live activity for a maximum of 1 ANCC contact hour. In order to receive credit, nurses must attend the entire session.
ACPE Credit Designation: This knowledge based activity will provide pharmacists up to 1 contact hours or 0.1 CEUs. Credit will be uploaded to CPE Monitor within 60 days of the session.
AAPA Credit Designation: The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences has been authorized by the American Academy of PAs (AAPA) to award AAPA Category 1 CME credit for activities planned in accordance with AAPA CME Criteria. This activity is designated for 1 AAPA Category 1 CME credit. PAs should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation.
